This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit www.spiderhouse.dev (the “Site”) or use our services, and the rights and choices available to you under United States federal and state privacy laws.
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, please see the State-Specific Rights section below for additional disclosures and rights that apply to you.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: name, email address, postal address, phone number, IP address, device identifiers, advertising IDs, cookie IDs, and account username.
- Commercial information: records of products or services purchased, considered, or returned; transaction history.
- Internet or network activity: browsing history on our Site, pages viewed, interactions with our Site, ads, and emails; search history; referring URLs; clicks; time on page.
- Geolocation data: approximate location derived from IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation.
- Inferences: preferences, interests, and characteristics drawn from the categories above, used to deliver and measure advertising.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under California, Texas, or other state privacy laws.
We collect this information directly from you, automatically as you use the Site (through cookies and tracking technologies described in Section 4), and from third-party advertising platforms that may share data about your interactions with our ads.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Site and services;
- Process transactions and fulfill orders;
- Communicate with you about your account, our services, promotions, and updates;
- Deliver, measure, and retarget our own advertising on third-party platforms (Google, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar);
- Build audiences for our advertising based on your interactions with our Site;
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security risks;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms;

We do not use personal information for purposes incompatible with those disclosed without providing notice.
3. How We Share Personal Information
We disclose personal information to:

- Advertising platforms including Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics), Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok, through their tracking pixels and tags. These platforms receive identifiers (such as cookie IDs, advertising IDs, IP address, and information about pages you viewed on our Site) and use that information to deliver our ads to you on their platforms and across the web, measure ad performance, and build audiences.
- Affiliates within our corporate family.
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transferees in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Sale and sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, and similar retargeting and advertising tags constitutes the “sale” and “sharing” of personal information under California law, and “targeted advertising” under Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia law. The categories of personal information sold or shared are: identifiers, internet or network activity, and inferences. The categories of third parties to whom this information is disclosed are: advertising networks, social media platforms, and analytics providers.
You have the right to opt out of this sharing at any time. See Section 6.
